How does PowerAutoResponder work?
Once you have logged into the members area you use the Control Panel to write your sales messages and set up time intervals between their delivery.
Your potential customers request information via e-mail and they get it in a matter of seconds. PowerAutoResponder adds their names and e-mail addresses to your database and schedules delivery of follow up messages.

With follow up marketing you:

How does my prospect request information from me?
All they have to do is to send ANY e-mail (even empty one will do) to
YourName@powerautoresponder.com (change the word YourName to name you chose for your autoresponder name when you opened up your account)  Your sales message will be instantly delivered to them.
 
Can I capture new leads from my webpage?
Yes. A lead capture box  (subscription box) can be automatically generated with a click of a button via your members area. It will create a table with two or more fields, so that your prospect may enter his/her name and e-mail address. In fact you also have the option to add a lot more fields and customize those fields to capture almost any information you wish!
 
I want to add a few prospects manually, is this possible?
Certainly. With your PowerAutoResponder Manage Leads interface you may add prospects manually. It works the same as if they requested the information themselves, so please make sure you have their permission to send them e-mail message.

I purchased a list of email addresses with names. Can I import this list?
No you cannot. If you import these email addresses you will be accused of spamming and your account will be terminated. You MUST only import email addresses of people who are already on your data base of contacts. 
 
How do I configure my PowerAutoResponder?
Our customers may access password-protected Control Panel that lets them read manuals and articles, produce new messages, change their password and manage leads.
 
Is it possible to personalize my messages?
Yes! This is one of features that makes PowerAutoResponder so 'smart'. Personalization is a powerful tool that will increase your sales with almost no effort! You can use the pre-set variables such as firstname and email or you use customized variables that you create.
 
What is a customized variable?
This is an item entered into your message to personalize it for each prospect. You may want to address your message using a prospect's first name. You can add a reference to the prospect's business by adding his/her company name into your message. You can add customized variables in addition to the pre-set variables; firstname, name and email.

How do I use my personalized variables in my messages?
Write your message as you normally would. Insert your personalized variables as appropriate throughout the text.

May I change my messages whenever I want or is there a limit?
You are free to change your messages as often as you like!
 
What if my sales messages are really long? Do I pay anything?
No! You can have as long messages as you like - we are not limiting you!
 
What if my prospects don't want to get follow up messages from me?
Every message generated by your PowerAutoResponder service will contain a footer with removal information. Your prospects can remove themselves instantly, without your intervention!
 
Do I lose my prospects' feedback if they reply to my automated sales messages instead of contacting me directly?
No! You can easily modify FROM: field (via Control Panel) of all outgoing messages. You tell the system to have all replies sent directly to your email address.
 
My autoresponder is not working. What should I do?
In order for your account to work, you need to create and save at least one message. If you aren't sure how to do that, please read the instruction manual in your members area.
Another cause for your autoresponder not working is that you have entered an invalid e-mail address in "FROM Field" section of your account Settings. Make sure that it contains your valid e-mail address
(like
myemailaddress@yahoo.com).
 
If I add a new message to my existing messages in my autoresponder, will my current prospects receive the new message, even if they have just received the first message and the new message is a follow up for 3 days later?
Yes! Your active prospects will always receive the updated message set. The same applies when you modify or delete your messages.
 
Is it possible to send a letter with bold lettering, color, HTML, or graphics?
Yes. You can send HTML messages. (colorful messages)
 
How do I add hyperlinks to my messages?
An email address or a website address (URL) gets automatically hyperlinked by an email program. For example, if you write
something@something.com or http://www.something.com it will be hyperlinked automatically.
 
How to create HTML (colorful) messages?
If your set your messages to HTML, but you don't insert any HTML tags inside them (like <br> or <p>), the message will appear as a solid, uninviting block of text.
That is the nature of HTML language - you format the message by adding HTML tags. Without HTML tags it's a mess :-) We have a 'Preview HTML' feature. Just check a 'checkbox' and preview your HTML messages to make sure they are formatted correctly before sending.
