Adding Prospects Using Your AutoResponder Email Address
Someone can subscribe to your list by simply sending an email to your 'new' autoresponder email address. This person will receive your first "Welcome email" instantly, and be subscribed for your series of follow-up messages.
 
Example: Imagine you (or your staff) are talking with a prospect on the phone. After you have finished answering all their questions you could simply say something like...
"By the way, we have some fantastic 'deals'... or... 'specials'... or... 'opportunities'... or... 'information'... etc coming up soon, if you send an email to (your autoresponder email address) you will be notified about these great offers as soon as they are available" 

But it gets even better... What do you think would happen if you displayed your autoresponder email address on all your business cards, flyers and all promotional material!!
You could display something like this...

"To instantly receive our special offers and detailed information about our products/service, Send a blank email to (your autoresponder email address)" 
*Make sure your prospects always receive what you have promised them*
 
Adding Prospects Manually

You DO NOT have to wait for a prospect to send an email to your autoresponder email address. You also have the ability to manually add that prospects name, phone number, home address, email address, etc into the system via your Members Area. It's up to you what details you want to collect from that person. The minimum requirement is name and email address.
 
Example: You could use this "Manually Add" feature if you have a shop or place of business where customers walk in off the street. Why let people leave your place of business without asking for permission to add them to your mailing list. You could be literally losing tens of thousands of dollars every year if you don't use the PowerAutoResponder to automatically market your business for you!
 
Warning: You MUST always get permission to do this. Never enter in a prospects details into the system without permission from that prospect as this is classified as spamming. (unsolicited emails)
